There is something deeply wrong with our society. 

On January 15, we wrote about a man who was filmed with his pants down driving through a "Hooters-style coffee shop". However, our coverage omitted the fact – because it wasn't known yet – that the man in the video, Nautica Malone, took his own life after the incident. 

He has since been memorialized with memes in an event the internet has dubbed the 'Goonicide' and apparently, this past weekend a crowd of people (who appear to be mostly men) held a candlelight vigil in his owner in the parking lot of the coffee shop.
