I see your OSHA violation and raise you whatever the heck these people think they're doing. 

There is a reason work sites have regulations. They're meant to keep people safe. However, that has never stopped someone from using a broken steak knife as a box cutter or construction workers from having a laugh. 

Though their risks are great and their rewards are few, this is one of those ifykyk kind of situations.
