1.
Antilia, Mumbai. Businessman Mukesh Ambani made this large building for himself for a billion dollars. Some say it's a crime to spend so much money while people starve, while others call the building ugly and chaotic with no coherent plan to it. -
2.
Mountain on a building, Beijing. Zhang Biqing was so determined to have his own mountain he build one on top of a 26 story building. -
3.
While he claims it's artificial and causes no harm to the building and poses no threat the government wasn't happy and ordered this to be demolished... not the whole building just the mountain mind you. -
4.
Chang Building, Bangkok. Also called "The Elephant Building" is supposed to look like an elephant; while the architect says the glorious animal can be clearly seen, others say "It must be one diseased animal" -
5.
Calakmul, Mexico City. Agustin Hernandez Navarro made this building to look futuristic but people say it looks like a washing machine instead, they even call it La Lavadora (washing machine). There's also a small pyramid standing besides the Calakmul. -
6.
Mirador, Madrid. Netherlanders MVRDV and Spanish Blanca Lleo created this thing. There is a rumor that they got really drunk stole a bunch of buildings and played Tetris with them, but the architects say that they don't remember doing such thing. -
7.
Tours Aillaud, Paris. Named after the creator these buildings look like some giant drilled holes in them, they are from 1977 so time also did some damage. -
8.
Ponte City, Johannesburg. Made in 1975 was said to be the best viewing point in whole Johannesburg, but others joke that is only because it's the only place in the city where you can't see this building. -
9.
Soon the building was filled with criminals that filled the building with a big pile of trash, up to fifth floor. The building is said to be the inspiration to the new Judge Dredd movie, and that the owners try to renovate and rejuvenate it since 1999. -
10.
Russian Embassy, Cuba. In theory this looks like Lenin, while people call it "Transformer that lost his arms".
