Congress should have to submit to random drug tests.

Hackers who expose rape-coverups shouldn't face more jail time than the convicted rapists. (The crime that is potentially more threatening to the government shouldn't be reflected in a punishment greater than that of a crime more threatening to citizens.)

Ban government contracts for companies that leave the U.S. to avoid paying taxes.

While the rich can totally be rich, the poor shouldn't have less than it takes to put a roof over their heads or get access to decent healthcare.

Stop letting politicians draw their own districts just to make sure they get enough votes to remain in power.

Get money out of elections. The winning nominee should not be the one who can afford the most marketing or is the most beholden to his or her investors.
