#1 Drinking Wine Mimics Health Did you know that there's a study showing drinking booze actually makes you appear more attractive to the opposite sex? Researchers found consuming alcohol does this by "mimicking" how a healthy person appears physically. -

#3 Research Guildlines University of Bristol conducted a controlled study on 40 heterosexual male and female students who were asked to rate the attractiveness of a subject in either of 3 groups: sober, tipsy and drunk. -

#4 Research Findings Researchers consistently found the "most attractive" selected subjects were in the "tipsy" category, who had downed a glass of 14% wine (equal to 1/3rd of a bottle). #6 First Study Of Its Kind Even if you're not a scientist, you've likely noticed the "beer goggles" effect? That when people start to think others look better after they've had a drink or two. But this new study for the first time suggests that the person doing the drinking looks better too, to others, or there's a "reverse beer goggle" effect. -

#7 Alcohol Consumption Levels Sometimes it's hard to stop drinking after just a couple, right? The amount of alcohol to achieve the coveted healthy and attractive "glow" is somewhere in between the extremes of not drinking at all and drinking too much. For some 1/3rd of a bottle of wine may be too much for their systems depending on their weight and height, but if it improves our chances of pulling a date, it's sure worth figuring the formula out.
