Step by step how to create a great Honey Wheat Beer

1. Steeping the grains at 155 Degrees

2. Adding 6lbs honey, Bittering hops, and Wheat Malt Extract to the boil

3. Irish Moss for clarity

4. Adding another 2lbs of honey and Aroma Hops for the last 10 minutes of the boil

5. Re-hydrating the yeasties. They eat sugar and poop alcohol.

6. Cooling down the near beer to 75 degrees.

7. Pour over into the carboy and add 3 gallons of water.

8. Take a quick hydrometer reading. Shows 1.091 which means could obtain 10.35 ABV but no less than 9.2 ABV

9. Dump in the yeasties, set blowoff tube and let her rip for three weeks. See you when you are beer.
