Many white celebs have gone as Native Americans, tragic figures like missing babies or dead animals, and there are so, so many, who did blackface. They rightfully got criticized for it, but even in today’s world, this is still going on.

Oh, also, there's this actor Colton Haynes. He's essentially unknown, but he got in trouble for doing a very committed Kanye costume. Since then, his costumes have made headlines. They're not all offensive, but definitely weird.
