By the time he went to trial, the charges had increased and the jury found him guilty on 45 of 48 counts. In October of 2012, Sandusky was sentenced to 60 years behind bars with eligibility for parole after 30 years. All registered sex offenders are legally required to update their information periodically, and failing to do so can lead to additional charges. In Jones case, his negligence resulted in a felony charge, for which he received 250 hours of community service.

In 2010, Fernando Flores, one-time bodyguard for Britney Spears, sued his former employer for sexual harassment. Flores claimed in his suit that Spars repeatedly flashed him by doing things like intentionally dropping a cigarette lighter in front of him and then bending over to pick it up, exposing her genitals to him.

John Travolta had a rather impressive run of sexual harassment and assault claims filed against him over the last few years. In early 2012 Travolta was sued by not one but two massage therapists who allege Travolta tried to coerce them into sexual situations, grabbed their genitals and left condoms laying around in a manner that suggested perhaps he was looking for more than a massage. That number rose to 7 by mid-May.

In 2011, former Penn State football coach, Jerry Sandusky, was indicted on 40 counts of sex crimes against children, all of whom were young boys. The indictment came after a three-year child molestation investigation that began in 2008. The worst part was that Sandusky targeted and groomed victims whom he met through The Second Mile, a youth charity organization that HE founded in 1977.

Originally charged with criminal sexual misconduct, a judge tossed that charge out and eventually both sides came to a settlement.

After three years behind bars, Tyson was released and registered as a sex offender in his home state of Nevada. In 2002, rapper Mystikal real name Michael Tyler was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and extortion. Allegedly, he and two of his bodyguards made his former hairdresser perform oral sex on them, telling her that if she didnt comply, theyd turn her into police for cashing unauthorized checks from Mystikals bank account.

The victim filed a civil suit after not having enough evidence to pursue a criminal suit, and alleged the hotel had a hand in covering it up. The case was settled in 2012 with neither side confirming the details.

Details were sketchy however, and a medical exam afterwards did not turn up DNA or enough evidence that a sexual assault had happened. Eventually the victim herself chose to not pursue the case saying a trial would be too invasive but stressing she was not recanting the accusation. No charges were pressed against Roethlisberger though he did lose sponsorships and receive some NFL sanctions.

Back in 1978, famed director, Roman Polanski, was charged with unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor after he allegedly drugged a teenage girl and had sex with her following a photo shoot in actor Jack Nicholsons home. Polanski served 42 days behind bars for his crime, but after his release he got word that a California judge was planning to send him back to the slammer. Instead of accepting his fate, this convicted celebrity sex offender fled to France.
