I was manager for this store when one December night the drive through guy yelled at me through the head set. So I come running from the office and what do I see.. A shotgun pointed at my employee and the guy yelling at him for dropping his 0.17 on the ground. I gave him a quick dollar bill, slammed window shut and hit the floor. -

One time, me and a buddy decided to draw smiley faces on the little kids meal boxes. Well, that little game escalated quickly. On special order tickets we started writing out notes on the backside like send help or we need police. After a few hours, it got bad. We started writing send police, there is a strange man in the walk-in freezer with a gun. After about 20 minutes of that, we hear a noise. That noise was 11 cop cars and a helicopter. They had the building surrounded. Needles to say, I am no longer allowed to work at at that establishment ever again. -

I was the manager of a popular food chain in California. About 5 years ago. One day, I had left after closing the store. When I got home, I realized I had forgotten my paycheck and my sweatshirt at work. I turned around to go back to work. When I got to work, I saw some strange lights coming from the back. Since I had a key, I unlocked the door and let myself in. What I saw, I could not believe. It was one of my fellow managers shooting a porn three-way with the owner of the building. While this was going on, they were using the sauces for unspeakable things. -

I was 16 and working my first job doing drive thru. It was a late Saturday night when this girl pulled straight up to the window. She asked, Do yall still do Tits for Tacos? Confused, I asked one of the cooks what that was. He yelled to the other guys in the kitchen. They all sprinted to the drive thru window where the girl then flashed us. They all cheered and she left with a smile and a sack full of free tacos. -

An employee at my popular fish fast food restaurant decides to rob a bank. It was the same bank where we took our deposits. He robbed the bank in one of our logo shirts. Upon completing the bank robbery, he came to work his shift. He robbed a bank, then shows up to work like nothing happened! The cops came to the store an hour later and arrested him. He was still wearing his shirt. -

My restaurant chain temporarily had Philly cheesesteak sandwich. My boss was helping on the food assembly, swatted a fly, put it in the cheesesteak, and just wrapped it up. We didnt get a complaint. -

While working at an Italian fastish food joint, we used to hang our, um, junk out of our pants and then put on an apron before we went to wait tables, all rocking it out and about. This lasted until we all started carrying scissors to cut other peoples apron ties. -

Theres a long list of rules that have to be followed in order to sell food at our place, such as throwing out perishable items when they expire. Not only were these rules blatantly ignored, but the manager would actually get mad if we followed these rules because he wanted to save money. Then one day I worked while the health inspector was there. Everything was done so differently that I had no idea what was going on, because we were actually following the health and safety rules. Every time the health inspector left the kitchen, my manager would reset all the timers on pre-made food so he wouldnt have to throw anything out and waste money. -

Frequently at this hell hole, the bagged lettuce we received from this corporate hell hole had live bees and wasps in them. For the life of me, I cannot imagine how a live bee or wasp could end up in a sealed bag of lettuce, but every time I had to refill the lettuce bin for the sandwich station, I had to risk getting a bee sting. To cut down on food waste, expiration dates were updated daily a direct mandate from the same strange manager. The last straw and my last day was watching a tooth fall out of the head of the line cook and into the mashed potatoes. I am not sure if he noticed, but he continued to serve the potatoes to customers. When I brought it to his attention, he threatened to stab me. When I brought that to the attention of management, I was told to not stress the small things so much.
