I hate when people assume you can help them just because you're an overall employee of whatever service they require. In this case, it's a leasing agent whose only job is to help tenants with their lease paperwork - that's it. But because he's associated with building management, people constantly harassed him for repairs and other queries that were definitely way out of his jurisdiction.
The tables turned
, however, when he finally left that job but remained in the building. Finally, he could unload all the things he wanted to say to some of the more rude and pushy tenants he'd had to smile and nod at all these years. This is definitely every service/retail worker's dream scenario.
