Just because you got away with something once doesn't mean you keep pushing your luck - especially at the SAME F***KING PLACE.
This idiot essentially got away with stealing $400 in gas, then decided to come back and try it again a few weeks later. I'd say he deserves a spot on the "Dumbest Criminals" list.
