33 year old Martyn Ford is a bodybuilder and fitness trainer who appears in the film “The Undisputed 4”. As a young man he was all skin and bone but now he is a massive and muscly 323 lbs (147 kg) and stars as a fighter named “Nightmare” in the upcoming movie.
