After leaving out some drugs in his hotel room, this anonymous poster came back to his room and found one of the hotel's housekeepers had gotten into his stash. The only problem was the poor guy was zooted out of his mind. Apparently, the drug in question is ketamine, a horse tranquilizer that has become popular again. And what you're seeing here is someone inside of a k-hole.

Eventually someone from the hotel came to help him up, but my god this would be an insane experience. Both for the housekeeper, but even more so for the guy with the drugs.
