Apparently it was Officer Tattletail on duty that night! When someone asked people to share examples of unique/interesting encounters with police, this guy had one of the best stories to share. After getting driving somewhat recklessly (but, crucially, not illegally), this guy had the misfortune of running into a cop with a sense of humor. No ticket was issued, but rest assured our perp got a punishment he wouldn't soon forget!
