Ok, so her name was actually Pat, but her behavior is 100% in line with the Karens of the world so we'll give her an honorary title. I think maybe she watched too many movies where villains lay out their whole evil plot before carrying it out... which gave her opponents ample opportunity to outmaneuver her.
