Figueroa is now facing several charges, including solicitation of a minor, child abuse, showing obscene material to a minor and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.

In one text she told him “I want to have sex with you,” and invited him to her 21st birthday party, investigators said.

The 11-year-old's mother called police when finding the inappropriate text messages.

Investigators believe she sent him 15 nude or racy photos.

A large portion of them were sent through the Kik app.
