Landlords come in a variety of flavors. You've got the ones who are genuinely just trying to do the right thing and earn a little extra money, and then you've got the ones who overstep their boundaries and try pulling some shady s***. I've definitely dealt with several landlords that fit the latter description, and sadly I never was able to get justice. That's what made this story of a bad landlord getting their just desserts so satisfying to see.
