Working with people can be hard. Everyone had their own ideas and work styles. Collaboration can demand that people put their own wants and wishes to the side for the common goals of the team, but what happens when you work with someone who has the emotional capacity of a child? Tantrums.
Reddit user Several_Art4373 posted on r/Work with this very problem, asking, "How do I deal with this new guy at my job who has temper tantrums daily?" The answer, you don't. There is no "dealing" with an adult who can behave like an adult in a professional setting.
Good thing the people in the comments drove this point. I hope this person gets this man-child fired. There is no saving someone who throws tantrums at work.
