The whole purpose of a sign is to guide you, inform you or at least point you in the right direction. But sometimes, a sign does none of those things. Instead, it confuses you, offends you, and makes you question if humanity should really be trusted with words at all. 

Misspellings are one thing, but then there are layouts that make no sense, translations gone wrong, and designs that clearly never met a proofreader. 

Some of these signs are just brutally honest, while others capture what happens when the intention was there but the execution definitely wasn’t. Now, have fun trying to decode what on earth was meant to be said.
