People make mistakes, it's just part of being human and something we all go through. Usually the mistakes are minor and it only takes us making it one time before we learn and move on.
That isn't always the case however, some people continue to mess things up for their entire lives or in a spectacular fashion.
I guess we all can't be good at our jobs, but these people really didn't think things through at theirs.
