Meet Leonardo Semma, a high school senior in Michigan who had a rough morning on a snow-filled day. Reportedly, Semma slipped on the ice, fell and bumped his head in the school parking lot. One could forgive a certain level of negativity arising from that.

His superintendent, one Kenneth Gutman of the Walled Lake School District, apologized for the lack of parking lot upkeep, saying it's unacceptable and that he's on it. Semma of course probably felt the same, having had his accident earlier that morning, and that's when the trouble began...

Semma was suspended for tweeting as his superintendent, which seems a little harsh! It was a three-day suspension, and it was in the middle of finals to boot.

Semma had to create a letter of apology to the superintendent too, and the superintendent blocked the teen from viewing his account.

Semma was such a good student, so the principal was flummoxed at how he could have done this. His parents, however, were amused, and as time would show, they were not alone.

Semma posted the suspension to Twitter, calling it his "greatest high school achievement," and people agreed. The tweet rocketed up to 140,000 likes and 67,000 retweets!

It got out of control, as fans of the exchange tweeted at Gutman with the now legendary refrain of what won't melt the snow ("sorry") and what time he must be out there with the shovel ("5:30").

he school was outraged further and e-mailed Semma's parents about sharing the tweet — the day after Semma's graduation no less. However, Semma just ended up posting that letter right on Twitter for our further amusement.

For anyone worried the no chill tweet would hurt Semma's chances, Semma tweeted on the 9th that he's heading to Wayne State, where hopefully "no chill" snow sass is a little more respected as the art form that it is.
