i noticed sometimes when a video is uploaded it doesn't show up in your submissions but it is on ebaumsworld somewhere. from what i noticed if i upload videos too quickly this happens maybe because the first video wasn't done processing yet so it doesnt show up. here are some pictures....

and if you type the exact title in the search engine you can find it, but the thumbnail appears broken -

and this is the mystery of the processing while uploading a gallery, it just gets stuck there. and this actually happened to me while i was uploading this -
