There is a definite risk of neck-breaking here. You really don't want to have to be concentrating on things like keeping this position nonfatal while in the heat of passion.

Unless this is a position for anal sex, I don't quite see how this would work. Also, this is definitely how you get a penile fracture; penises are not supposed to bend down like that when erect.

This one doesn't look like that impossible of a pose, but it does seem like thrusting from this position would cause a lot of painful pelvic bruising for both parties.

The Kama Sutra should really be sorted into two categories: sex positions for acrobats and sex positions for regular people. I'm sure this position is wonderful for the people with the upper body strength to pull it off.

This is just horrible for everyone involved. From the person who has to point their penis down and somehow thrust simultaneously in to the person who has to break their neck to keep their nether regions skyward, this just has "penile fracture" and "neck fracture" written all over it.

The plough (or plow, based on where you live) seems to be a reasonable middle-ground between insane, impossible pose and actual fun sex position. Just make sure that whatever the person on the bottom is holding themselves up on is sturdy while you're plowing them.

The main problem with this position is thrusting. Neither person is in a good position to thrust, with the person on top having no leverage and the person on the bottom pinned down by the person on top. And what's sex without thrusting? Awkward, that's what.

No, that's not just missionary position; the person on the bottom's legs are closed. This is one of those positions that makes things tighter, and therefore heightens sensation. The only problem is that closing the legs makes it difficult to stay in or get back in there if things slip out. There are better closed legs positions out there.
