Life on the road in the 90s was a blur of tour buses, smoky rooms, and endless highways stretching between sold-out venues.
Bands of every genre, from grunge icons to boy bands, lived out of suitcases, surviving on gas station snacks, hotel couches, and adrenaline. The era before smartphones meant long stretches of downtime filled with mixtapes, and scribbled journal entries.
Some nights were chaos: broken guitars, afterparties that lasted until sunrise, and the exhaustion of back-to-back shows. Other moments were pure magic: fans screaming every lyric, the camaraderie of a nice crew, and the rush of freedom that came with doing what you loved.
This was life on the road for these bands, messy and unforgettable.
