1. Banned. He managed to get the 'day one' download to play the games. It is a 500MB download before you can do anything on the console.
2. He is banned from online until the day before launch. This gallery are the pics I could find, there was something about Microsoft not wanting him to ruin the other surprises people will get on the Xbox One on launch day
