Video Shows Cyclist Struck by New Jersey Councilwoman In Hit-and-Run Incident

The driver who allegedly hit the cyclist was identified as 36-year-old Jersey City Councilwoman Amy DeGise is still facing mounting calls to resign because she still did leave the crash scene.
