An insane ordeal that all started when a 13 year old boy threw a bottle in a restaurant. The youth, who ran off, was chased and apprehended by the restaurant owner, who then dragged him back to his business where a large crowd gathered. Eventually he released the youth, and was later arrested for wanton endangerment. The boy was not injured.
