$900 ‘Louis Vuitton Advent Calendar’ Just Has a Bunch of Paper Ornaments
A thousand bucks well-spent!

Over the weekend, a ton of influencers received holiday gifts from famous brands. One of those brands was Louis Vuitton, which sent influencers their leather-bound “advent calendar” so they could build up excitement around the upcoming gift-giving season. For viewers who wanted one themselves, they could be found online through third-party sellers for anywhere from $800 to $1,000.
So, what do you actually get with this advent calendar? Well, you get some paper ornaments … Actually, that’s it.
Unboxing videos of the advent calendar show people pulling out the cute little drawers, removing a paper ornament, and, well, that’s it. While it’s unclear if *every* gift is a paper ornament, it seems that most of them are either cheap paper or otherwise insignificant — definitely not worth the $1,000 price tag.
Of course, the people buying this sort of thing don’t care — they’d buy a paperclip if it had a luxury logo on it. Oh, wait, they already did!
