A Real Housewife Tried to Remove Her Face Parasite With Nair, and It Didn’t Go Well
Hey, I don’t see any face parasites from here.

Brandi Glanville, who starred in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, recently posted a video on TikTok where she gives her fans an update on the war she’s been waging against the parasites living on her face.
In it, her face looks red and disfigured, and she admits that she “overdid it on the Nair,” after using the hair-removal cream to irritate the parasites on her skin.
I know I’m out of my depth here, but after doing a rudimentary Google search, I learned that “face parasites” aren’t actually a thing, at least not like how you’re imagining (long, freaky bugs living under the skin). So when Glanville says she suffers from parasites on her face, she’s most likely referring to demodex mites, which live on the skin, not under it.
Demodex mites are actually pretty common, and chances are you have them on your skin right now. I’m not saying Glanville is wrong, just that she probably overreacted with the Nair.
But hey, at least she doesn’t have to shave now.
