A Soda Truck Fell Through a Sinkhole in the Middle of the Street
Less “pop,” more “plop.”

A truck carrying famed Mexican soda Jarritos was driving through the streets of Mexico City when, out of nowhere, a sinkhole opened up beneath it. This consequently sent the truck backwards into the earth, with the front of the truck crowning out of the ground like a newborn baby.
Thankfully, no one was injured in the incident, which local officials blamed on an outdated sewage system. While it’s great that no one was hurt, it’s not exactly comforting to know that an aging drainage system can lead to your vehicle being sent to Valhalla!
