If you’re going to fire someone, which is never an easy or nice thing to do, it’s best to do so at the beginning of their shift, not the end. That’s a lesson this hotel hopefully will learn, as one of their employees was let go after her night shift ended.

Said employee can be heard on camera saying, “Fuck this place, I’m done. She fired me, dude!” while trashing the continental breakfast she had just laid out. Fruits and boxes of cereal thrown to the ground, a jug of milk poured out and a few petrified vacationers caught in the middle.

Is it the most professional way to handle being let go? Nope. But it’s the most satisfying.
