I’ll be honest, I didn’t think it was *that* hard to deploy road spikes. I mean, all you have to do is throw the spikes in front of the car — how card could it be?

The answer is, apparently, really hard — if you’re the police, that is. We’ve recently seen quite a few videos of cops attempting, and failing, to stop people speeding away in cars by throwing road spikes.

Now, we’ve got another to add to the pile!
