You have to laugh at the little things during times like this.
Is the United States going to get involved? Who knows. Is this the beginning of a nuclear war? Hopefully not. But we put aside the doomsday thoughts for a brief and brilliant 19 seconds to pay homage to the greatest of American eateries, the one and only Applebee's.
During CNN's coverage of air raid sirens going off in Kyiv, Zac Brown and his merry band of country instrumentalists abruptly cut in.
Because the only thing more American than caring about other countries is well...everything. Fried appetizers, greasy burgers, and 'cold beer on a Friday night, and a pair of jeans that fit just right.' That's what we do.
Obviously joking around here. Clearly this was just poor timing. But hilarious nonetheless.
If nothing else, watch the video for the Zac Brown Band. Stay for the random dancing cowboy showing off his Levi's.
