Good Cop Attempting to Stop Excessive Force Gets Choked by Fellow Officer
Looks to be a pretty clear-cut case to be fired from literally any other job, but the offending officer has been "relieved of supervisory duties" pending an internal investigation.

Both officers were among the respondents to an arrest where the suspect was already cuffed and placed in the back of a squad car. When the junior officer spotted Sgt. Christopher Pullease reaching to pepper spray an already apprehended suspect, she did the right thing and stepped in to intervene. Pullease responded violently by trying to choke her out.
