As summer hits, many more people will be getting way too excited to get drunk in public, and hopefully that translates into more amazing videos like this.

On par with the spring breakers who ignored quarantine protocols in the beginning (only to catch the virus later on), this one depicts a couple of Texans who have been gearing up all year to get trashed on the beach.

You gotta love the woman's enthusiasm paired with the cop's no nonsense mustache. It's just priceless.
