During an instagram live streaming session, Lindsay Lohan offers some help to a family of immigrants who appear to be homeless and huddled under a blanket on the street. Lohan wants to take just the children to a hotel. When the parents refuse Lohan follows them, accuses them of child trafficking and is eventually knocked down by the mother why she attempts to grab one of the children.
