After taking a man into custody and asking him to remove his belt, these New Hope police officers appeared impatient and pushed the man against the wall. When the man resisted and kept reaching for an item that had dropped to the floor, 1 officer discharged his gun into his stomach. The Officer 'retired' shortly after the incident, and no charges were laid.
