It feels like the spicy food trend is largely subsiding, thank goodness. This isn’t to say anything negative about spicy food — hell, I love the stuff. It’s more just about the culture that’s surrounded it in recent years. I like my Thai food to have a kick; I don’t need a dozen hot sauces called some variation of “ass blaster.” Do you get what I’m saying?

Plus, some people just really, really can’t handle spicy foods. One such person is newscaster Luke Harvey, who decided to try the self-proclaimed “country’s hottest wing” on live TV. As you can see in the video, he quickly came to regret that decision.
