Yup, just your everyday Burger King from the '80s hiding in the middle of a mall.
A Delaware mall is now gaining attention for their 'secret' Burger King. You read that correctly. A fully intact, well-preserved 1987 Burger King fast food restaurant has been found after being boarded up and hidden in a shopping mall.
A contractor just happened to stumble upon the near perfect condition relic after unlocking a door. Apparently nobody has touched the restaurant in years, and it even still has the original fountain drink machines.
The restaurant has been closed for an astounding 35 years. For reference, the last time this location served a Whopper, The Bangles were at the top of the Billboard 100 with their hit single 'Walk Like an Egyptian.'
The mall's manager says he's already received emails about the location, and even some people asking to tour the restaurant which is (much like their burgers) frozen in time.
