One Detroit car-wash owner had a simple wish on his deathbed: Make it rain money from the skies.

On Friday, that actually happened. According to People Magazine, on June 27th, a helicopter dropped thousands of dollars onto the streets of East Detroit. Attendees described the experience as chaotic, but peaceful.
