Cara Delevingne is a British actress best known for her roles in DC's 'Suicide Squad' and the 2017 film 'Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets'. But most recently she made a name for herself as one of the oddest people in Hollywood.

Last week video of her on stage with Azalia Banks made the rounds, showing her on her knees pretending to lick the artists as she rapped on stage. And last night at the Billboard Music Awards, she was seen following around Megan the Stallion, leading fans to ask, what the hell is wrong with her?

We don't know all the details, but Cara made quite the stink on Twitter after videos of her playing with the tail of Meghan's dress went viral. And sure maybe people are reaching a bit here, but her odd nature and awkward behavior has people talking.

In one clip she can be seen popping her head out from behind Doja cat, in what people are now calling a Cara jump scare. Needless to say, Cara has quickly become Hollywood's most awkward party girl.
