Not a word I expected to hear on the news.

The term “rawdogging” has seen quite the turnaround. To be clear, in very recent memory, to “rawdog” meant to, quite explicitly, fuck someone without a condom. However, somehow, this idea leaped from merely a vocabulary item of the porn-brained into mainstream discourse, with numerous articles in mainstream publications discussing ideas like “rawdogging flights,” i.e., taking a flight without music, movies, or podcasts.

Now, the term is being used to describe the living conditions inside the Conclave following Pope Francis’ death.
