Whether it’s electric guitars or light shows, almost every church in America has a dedicated audiovisual department that is uses to make Sunday services a bit more lively. Well, one unnamed church started creating TikTok-style edits in an attempt to keep the attention of its congregation.

The video opens with an AI-generated Jesus addressing a congregation about “following the cross of Christ,” marking a new milestone for those aforementioned audiovisual teams. It also features AI versions of Stephen, the apostle Peter, and the recently assassinated Charlie Kirk.

Hey, I get it, church can be boring. So whatever it takes to keep people’s attention and stay relevant. I’m sure God doesn’t mind.
