A constituent of Plano, TX, surprised members of Tuesday's City Council meeting when he strode in armed with a Bluetooth speaker and numerous bars of an anti-Putin rap he was more than ready to spit for them. What followed is the most wildly unexpected and over-enthusiastic performance we've possibly ever seen -- one which may induce a physical reaction among its beholders.

The guy, Alex Stein, seemed to put every fiber of his being into the rap, which included calls for the assassination of Putin and a declaration of love for Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky, for two minutes straight. The City Council, however, didn't seem to be digging the performance as they remain stonefaced and statue-still throughout the lyrical onslaught.

This isn't Stein's first rodeo when it comes to ambushing unexpected places with impromptu performances -- going by the name PrimeTimeStein and showing up uninvited in Zoom meetings for all sorts of entities and organizations with something of an act ready.
