File this one under "dumbest criminals." Dude tried pulling a Spider-Man but sadly, he's a far cry from Peter Parker. It did take the cop a brief second to actually recognize what was happening, so maybe if things played out slightly differently, he might've ended up safe at home instead of city jail.
