Dads: They’re trying their best. We’ve all had an experience where Dad proudly declared that he “can handle it,” only to be followed by an immediate lesson in why he cannot, in fact, handle it. “Thanks for trying to fix the deck, pops, but Bobby just fell through the area where you patched it. Now, can we finally call a professional?”

Thankfully, most of the time, “dad fixes” are more annoying and inconvenient than they are dangerous. This dad’s fix is a different story, as it apparently resulted in him throwing a rattlesnake across his own daughter’s face.
