Denise Richards recently bragged about how good her recent plastic surgery was. According to Richards, while working on Special Forces: World's Toughest Test (yes, that’s a real show), one of her implants ruptured. So, she went to Dr. Robert Cohen of The Beverly Hills Center to get it fixed.

How do we know this? Because, for some reason, she did a social media testimonial for them.

In her sponcon post, she says the team made her feel “like [herself] again,” and that it was the most comfortable she had ever felt with a team of doctors, adding that she didn’t even panic when they put her under.

She explains she’s also simply trying to promote discussions of such surgeries in public, writing in her video, “I’ve had implants since I was 19, and back then in the ’90s, we were all much more private than we are now. I’m so grateful that today we can be more open, support one another, and share our experiences.”

Hey, she’s happy. Who am I to judge?
