St. Charles Missouri dog owner Eric Bacon films himself accusing his neighbor, off duty police officer Ryan Kuehner, of shooting and killing his dog with a pellet gun. After all but admitting the crime, Kuehner shows little remorse, and things get heated quickly.

“Did you shoot my dog?” Bacon asks. “What was your dog doing in my yard?” Kuehner responds. "Why isn't your f***ing dog chained up buddy?" After Kuehner reveals his name and his position as a St. Charles County Sheriff’s Deputy, Bacon leaves to report the situation. "You'll hear from me," he says.

Following the incident, Kuehner was charged with a misdemeanor, and resigned. The dog was a 3-year-old Spanish Mastiff mix rescue from Spain named Apollo. Bacon's wife, Erica Hansen, had noticed Apollo acting strangely before rushing him to the vet, where he succumbed to bullet wounds in his lungs.
