A recent video shared to TikTok shows a fireworks show at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim. It also shows how one of the fireworks apparently misfired and landed on the nearby Interstate 5, where a driver rammed into it.

Disney hasn’t put out a statement about the issue and, seeing as no one got hurt, I doubt they will. That said, DisneyDining notes that the parks have been sued multiple times in the past after visitors alleged that fireworks shows caused them harm, including two people who claimed that red-hot embers from the fireworks landed in their eyes.

I hate to say this, but is it possibly time to switch to drone shows?

The fact that someone was able to get a video of a Disneyland firework hitting the freeway makes me wonder how often it happens when someone isn’t recording
