This is German culture!

If you’ve never been to an Oktoberfest celebration, you might not know just how unhinged it can get. Sure, you’ll get a lot of German teenagers and old men drinking liter-tall beers and dancing around to Schlager, but you also get a helluva lot of locals and tourists alike who don’t know how to control their booze.

Usually, when these tourists get too drunk, they throw up a Nazi salute and get arrested. Sometimes, however, they pull stunts like this:
